INDEPENDENT CONTRACT FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AGREEMENT

Servant Air Ministries Inc.
Version 2026.1.0

Mission Statement

Servant Air Ministries Incorporated is a non-profit Christian ministry serving the Lord by sharing His life-giving hope of salvation with others. We accomplish this by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through aviation, missionary pilot flight training, and providing transportation for mercy, medical, and missionary flights. We exist to proclaim the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Purpose

Servant Air Ministries trains pilots to become the next generation of missionaries. This is done by training pilots to share the gospel of Jesus Christ while excelling in aviation. Servant Air encourages all pilots to use their aviation skillset as a platform to spread the gospel and create disciples who follow Jesus Christ.

Statement of Beliefs

  • There is one God consisting of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • The Bible is inspired by God, error-free, and is the ultimate guide to salvation and understanding all aspects of life.
  • Man is sinful, and only through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ on the cross can man be rescued, renewed, and reconciled.
  • Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully man and fully God, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, being a substitute, so that our sins can be forgiven.
  • The Church consists of all those who are justified through faith in Jesus Christ.
  • We are called by Christ to make disciples, always being a witness to the gospel in word and deed.

CFI Acknowledgment

As a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), you acknowledge that Servant Air’s purpose is to train pilots for the mission field. This is not a calling to be taken lightly. CFIs are both an aviation coach and a mentor—spiritually, in their everyday life, and during flight and ground training.

CFI Requirements

  1. Ensure that all missions, flights, and instruction are focused on safety.
  2. Lead by example, always pointing your students to the Lord.
  3. Remember who you are serving:

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”Colossians 3:23
