Nose tire flat.

Removed nose wheel. Cleaned & inspected wheel halves and repacked bearings. Installed new tube PN: GL-5067B and assembled using original tire. Reinstalled nose wheel. All work done in accordance with Cessna 172 Service Manual. Functional and leak check satisfactory.

AHRS showed momentary loss in Flight on both PFD and HSI. Reset itself within 30 seconds.

— The plane ran extremely rough during the run up. The problem showed during the mag check on the left side. Grounded.

-2/25/26: On a touch n go, carb heat would not go back in, aborted takeoff, found mx on field and is an issue within the bearing in the Airbox. Unable to do full repair on field. Getting cable rigged to stay in for flight back to KCOI

There is an oil leak on the left side of the plane as you are facing it. Looks like where the push rods are connecting into the block. There is a thin layer of oil on the cowling going back towards the wind shield. The fins on the front of the cylinder are wet as well.
The alternator belt is loose and needs to be adjusted.
