Update 6/28/19 1248 pm EST: Luke passed away today. He is asleep in our Lord’s arms. Please pray for his wife and 3 girls. We have a great hope in JESUS knowing we will be together with him.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Thank you for praying Bruce’s health is restored and family members of Luke and Bruce daily receive strength and wisdom from our LORD.
Posted: 6-28-19 Prayer Request for a Pilots and their Families – Missionary Plane Crash in Guatemala June 27, 2019.
The pilots of the aircraft, Luke Sullivan and Bruce Van Fleet were taken to the National Hospital of Chimaltenango.
Bruce is from Florida and Sean Holloway believes he is an A&P student at Itec. Luke Sullivan, his pregnant wife, and their 3 girls just moved to Guatemala about 2 weeks ago to join the mission team there. Earlier reports were that both pilots are in critical condition with 2nd degree burns all over. Late last night (6-27-19) Luke’s wife posted an update stating both pilots conditions are stable – Praise God!
